How is this so much cheaper than other wedding videographers?

Our shooters are vetted local freelancers who are paid well for the day but do not sell, edit, or run a studio. Our editing team works full time on nothing but wedding films. Our own software does the scheduling, contracts, uploads, and delivery. No studio rent, no agency markup, and the savings are yours.

Who shows up to my wedding?

A vetted local photographer or videographer you chose from their real work. Every shooter passed a gear check, a portfolio review, an interview, and a paid trial. If your shooter cannot make it, we substitute someone of the same level and tell you immediately.

How fast do I get my film and photos?

Your highlight film and gallery are promised within 72 hours, usually 48. Full ceremony and speeches edits follow within 14 days.

What does the highlight film look like?

Three to six minutes, cut to the style you picked in the quiz: cinematic home video, documentary recap, or cinematic elegant. You can retake the quiz from your portal until 30 days before the wedding.

Can I get the full ceremony and the speeches?

Yes, as add-ons, delivered within two weeks. The same goes for a same-night teaser, a social teaser, raw footage, drone coverage, and a second shooter.

What if I want changes?

2 rounds of revisions within 14 days of delivery, with timestamped notes right in your gallery. Changes outside the brief are quoted before anyone starts.

How does payment work?

A deposit of 30 percent (minimum $300) at booking, the balance charged automatically 30 days before the wedding. Add-ons bought later are charged when you add them.

Where do you work?

Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, and North Carolina. If we do not have three vetted shooters near your venue yet, we tell you that and put you first in line.

Is travel included?

Within 60 miles of your shooter's home base, yes. Beyond that it is $0.70 per mile each way per shooter, shown before you book.

Who owns the photos and the film?

You get full-resolution files with personal print and sharing rights. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and on our shooters' profiles unless you opt out, which you can do when you book.

Is the music licensed?

Yes. Every film uses music licensed for client delivery and social sharing, so it stays up on YouTube and Instagram.

Who are you?

Two people from Kentucky who have shot and edited weddings for years and got tired of watching couples pay for a studio's overhead. The whole model is on the how-it-works page.

What do shooters get paid?

$50 an hour to start, with raises after five and fifteen completed weddings, and $75 an hour for Senior shooters. Travel beyond 60 miles is paid. Pay is released 48 hours after your footage is verified.

Do I have to edit?

No. You shoot to a clear brief, upload the same night, and our editing team takes it from there.

What do I have to bring?

A body that records 4K at 60 fps, a second body or a locked-off angle for the ceremony and speeches, two wireless lav kits, a shotgun or boom, a tripod, and a gimbal. Photographers bring two bodies and a flash.

How do I get work?

Couples see your profile when you are free near their venue and pick you, or we assign you. Keep your availability current and you will be offered weddings with 24 hours to accept.

What is the referral commission?

Bring us a wedding through your referral link and you earn 15 percent of the package price on top of your pay for shooting it.
