What we collect

What you give us when you check a date, book, or apply: names, contact details, your wedding date and venue, your style quiz answers, and payment details handled by Stripe. For shooters: gear, experience, portfolio links, and payout details handled by Stripe.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, match you with shooters, produce and deliver your film and photos, pay the people who worked on your wedding, and run the business. We use anonymous analytics to see how the site is used.

Who sees it

Your shooter sees the details needed to shoot your wedding. Our editors see footage and the brief, not your contact details. Service providers (payments, email, file transfer, hosting) process data on our behalf. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Finished films and galleries stay online for 12 months after delivery unless you buy an archive. Raw footage is removed on the schedule shown in your agreement. Booking records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices

Ask us to show, correct, or delete your details at hello@fairframeweddings.com. You can opt out of portfolio use when you book.
