Booking

A booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid and the service agreement is signed. The deposit holds the date and the chosen shooter. The balance is charged automatically 30 days before the wedding to the card on file.

Shooters

Shooters are independent contractors vetted by Fair Frame. If a chosen shooter cannot attend, Fair Frame will substitute a shooter of equivalent standing or refund the booking in full.

Delivery

Highlight films and galleries are promised within 72 hours, usually 48, of the wedding. Long-form edits are delivered within 14 days. Revisions follow the schedule shown at booking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fair Frame's total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Fair Frame does not guarantee that any specific moment will be captured.

Your content

You receive full-resolution deliverables with personal print and sharing rights. Fair Frame and its shooters may show the work in portfolios unless you opt out at booking.

Cancellation and refunds

The refund schedule is set out in the service agreement you sign before paying.
